Launching El Crecimiento Workshop

Voices Jackson Hole is excited to announce the launch of the Crecimiento Workshop, a five part workshop series to support the success and resilience of Latinx young professionals in their nonprofit, government and business roles.

“We are excited to begin building out our empowerment programming,” Alin Badillo Carrillo, Director of Immigrant Leadership for Voices JH shares. “We’re proud that the Crecimiento Workshop came about organically from participants of the Latinx Professionals Network sharing what their professional development needs truly are.”

Starting in August, the series will offer a three hour workshop each month through December. Participants will learn management skills, develop self advocacy strategies, build their mental health toolkits, learn about wealth building, and discuss the challenges and opportunities of being a Latinx leader in the Teton region. The workshop series will be taught by a phenomenal group of successful community leaders across the nonprofit and business sectors of Jackson.

“We hope this is the first of many meaningful leadership trainings that Voices JH is able to offer as we begin to explore how best to serve and support local immigrant leaders,” says Jordan Rich, Interim Executive Director of Voices JH.
