A personalized, first-language communication network with multicultural families — so every household can connect with the resources and events that matter to them.
Outreach
Collaborating with community partners to explore and share multicultural experiences through research, surveys, and dialogue spaces.
Involvement
Supporting the growth of multicultural leaders toward their own vision of success — so they can step into decision-making spaces across the valley.

Immigrant leaders across the Teton region are stepping into public roles — on boards, in schools, in the rooms where decisions get made. Voices' Development program supported leaders into public leadership roles across the valley, and the pipeline keeps growing.
