BUILDING BELONGING
Multicultural families at the heart of our community
Voices engages and connects the multicultural communities of the Teton region. We're immigrant-led by the leaders who are our community’s present and future.
WHY WE EXIST
We build belonging in Teton County, WY.
Voices works toward a Teton region where multicultural neighbors shine at the heart of our community - celebrated, engaged, and fully home.
HOW WE WORK
Relationships, not services
Three pathways connect multicultural families to the heart of the Teton region.
Outreach
A personalized, first-language communication network with multicultural families — so every household can connect with the resources and events that matter to them.
Involvement
Collaborating with community partners to explore and share multicultural experiences through research, surveys, and dialogue spaces.
Development
Supporting the growth of multicultural leaders toward their own vision of success — so they can step into decision-making spaces across the valley.
“We’re ready to share our voices. This is our community and we’re building a movement.”
LEADERSHIP IN ACTION
Immigrant community members across the Teton region are making their voices heard - connecting to resources, participating in community processes, and stepping into rooms where decisions get made. Voices' programs provide the pathways to grow our community's pipeline of multicultural leaders of today and tomorrow.
